This Non-Profit 501(c)(3) credit counseling company is looking for a board member to help with audit committee functions and strategic objectives to improve all aspects of the organization. We are also working on getting COA accreditation within the year. The Board meets on a quarterly basis with an average of 2-4 hours for each meeting. Currently the Board consists of 5 members.
