MUST have Electro-mechanical engineering background or hands on experience in electro-mechanical arena or experience with hands on testing in solar arena MUST have experience in developing and setting up test plans including designing DOE MUST have experience in performing tests against UL/IEC standards MUST have experience in interpreting, analyzing, organizing test data and placing it in summary format Develop and maintain day to day progress and issues for all testing including management of all test equipment Ability to analyze failure root cause and designing mitigation plan using fishbone approach Ability to supervise and delegate work among 2-4 technicians Support certification activities with UL, TUV, IEC and 3 rd party labs Capable of providing clear and concise feedback to engineering and R&D group on observed failures Develop protocol for requesting tool time for test chambers and also create SOP procedures for all the tools using during testing Requirements: - At least 3 years or more experience as a test engineer, semiconductor package A+ -
