Summary The Technician is to provide support for the purpose of setting up and executing reliability testing of solar modules and packages used in different product lines related to energy production. Set-up, running a wide variety of reliability environmental testing HALT/HASS testing Chamber operation and electrical tests per customer requirements Maintenance/ basic calibration of test equipment and environmental chambers Develop reliability stress hardware specifications and procedures Write test programs for reliability testing and characterization Prepare technical reports documenting test results Assist in selection of new reliability lab equipment The ideal candidate will be an effective technical contributor as well as a strong organizer.
