Summary This position is responsible for maintaining and developing a comprehensive and world-class software quality and reliability program which includes but is not limited to: Creating and executing test plans and test cases, automating test cases using a variety of tools and methods, performing creative and real-world testing to isolate problems, creating data acceptance tests to measure data conversion quality, creating test reports for internal and external customers, addressing escalated support issues, writing code to troubleshoot and test difficult software conditions, writing guides, troubleshooting guides, and additional documentation as needed.
