BACKGROUND: The IRC Finance Team seeks to achieve excellence in financial management by providing accurate and timely financial information to IRC management and programs and by adhering to established financial practices and accounting principals. The Budget Team within the Finance Department is responsible for developing and monitoring IRC’s $324 million budget and for developing the fringe benefit rate and various other financial analysis needed to sustain the organization’s operations worldwide.
