Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Finance and Operations will be a mission, strategic and process focused leader with proven ability in developing a high performing team to deliver measurable, cost-effective results that enables continued growth and recognition for the organization. This individual will drive more unity throughout the organization and exchange of information to ensure a high performing organization. The CEO, in leading this organization forward, is seeking leadership to invoke passion and convey energy around the internal operations of the organization; to drive a higher level of accountability enterprise wide while still staying focused on service and the great resource the organization is to the hemophilia community. The Head of Finance and Operations will play a key role in continuing to streamline and drive efficiencies as they relate to finance, development, communications, HR and other support functions and will serve as an internal facing executive for the organization to oversee the day-to-day support operations.
