The U.S. Fund for UNCIEF seeks an experienced recruiter to support the work of our HR department for a period of approximately 4 months a team member’s maternity leave beginning in September 2010. The Temporary Recruitment Manager will report to the VP of Human Resources and will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts for all open U.S. Fund staff positions. Specific Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): • Assist hiring managers in creating or updating job descriptions and provide them with advice/counsel on position salaries, grades and titles. • Execute all internal and external advertising of USF vacancies using primarily internet advertising sources and track all posting activity. • Assess candidate qualifications through resume screening, phone and in-person interviews. • Manage all communication with candidates throughout entire selection processes. • Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers/teams, make hiring recommendations, conduct reference checks, extend offers of employment and negotiate terms of hire. • Coordinate with HR Officer, hiring managers and new-hires to ensure completion of all new hire administration and to ensure a smooth transition of new hire into the USF. • Utilize Taleo applicant tracking system to manage all applicant information and to manage and report on the status of various recruitment activities. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance department usage/application of Taleo functionality. • Other HR projects and duties may include: assisting the HR Officer in the management/coordination of the USF internship programs, temporary staff requests, and consultants. Collaboration on the execution of new hire orientation programs.Požiadavky na zamestnanca
