The Manager of Lending Operations will ensure all policies, procedures, controls, regulatory requirements, CDFI standards are implemented effectively. Responsibilities: • Oversees operations staff and functions required to effectively support lending and all related operations; • Ensures compliance with all covenants contained in borrowers’ loan agreements; • Proactively and routinely identifies potential problems in the loans portfolio; • Responsible for loan file organization and maintenance; • Monitors on-going collections and loan performance; • Assures audit preparation readiness; • Adheres to borrower reporting requirements, document retention; • Maintains and monitors loan exceptions for cure within required timeframe; • Maintains and updates loan operations manual as required; • Negotiates workouts, interacts with outside counsel and other interested parties to negotiate terms to effect loan repayment; and • Monitors documentation of any changes to loan risk rating and concurrent loan loss reserve.
