Harbor Communities Overcoming Violence (HarborCOV) is an innovative, nontraditional nonprofit domestic violence organization that provides culturally appropriate emergency and support services and affordable housing for low-income, multicultural survivors of abuse and their children, while educating the public about the causes and consequences of domestic violence. Program Evaluation Manager The Program Evaluation Manager provides oversight of high-quality collection, analysis and reporting of data and outcome measures. This position is responsible for measuring client outcomes; analyzing statistical trends internally and externally; evaluating existing and potential programs; providing training and ongoing support to the direct service team on data collection; providing reports to foundation and government funders; maintaining the organization’s website; and supporting the development team’s online and print materials. This highly organized, detail-oriented individual will be trained as the organization’s site administrator for Efforts to Outcomes data management software.
