Summary We are seeking a Senior Managing Director, Teacher Development, Alumni, and Impact resources for the Country Support team of Teach For All, who will serve as a resource to Teach For All partners as they seek to design and execute high quality programs to maximize impact on student achievement and alumni leadership. This position provides an individual with superior leadership, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills the opportunity to serve as a key contributor to the success of all organizations in the Teach For All network. This person will report to the Vice President, Country Support and will manage a team of four individuals. Country Support Team Overview Teach For All enables its partner organizations to learn from each other and thus have a greater impact, and also to have an impact internationally by sharing their resources and experience with peer organizations in an effective and efficient way. The aim of the country support team is to leverage the learnings and resources of the network to help social enterprises overcome challenges and maximize scale, student achievement, alumni leadership and organizational strength. Collectively, the team is responsible for: 1. Meeting the support needs of the social enterprises within the Teach For All network by providing and coordinating thought partnership and functional area expertise (including on-the-ground training and support), and resources, drawing from the lessons learned from all partners in the network, and 2. Demonstrating progress toward Teach For All’s measures of success, which include network partners’ satisfaction with, and the demonstrated value-add of, Teach For All’s services Responsibilities Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Setting and continuously reviewing the vision and strategy for network support in pre-service training, ongoing support, alumni, and impact measurement * Managing a team to develop and implement an approach to supporting local organizations to help them jump over significant learning curves in order to maximize impact through training and support and alumni programming * Serving as a strategic thought-partner to enable robust program development in alignment with the Theory of Change * Developing on-the-ground country relations managers and local staff in these models and helping to adapt them as appropriate to the local context * Developing a strategy for capturing and distributing programmatic best practices as they emerge from local organizations, including organizing global and regional conferences and events and coordinating exchange opportunities across the global network for alumni, staff and participants * Setting and driving a learning agenda for network approaches to advance thinking in training and support, alumni, and impact measurementPožiadavky na zamestnanca
