The position is responsible for coordinating a wide range of activities in assigned areas, which may include research, pre-clinical and/or clinical development. • In collaboration with R & D management team and other support staff, ensure administrative needs are fully met throughout Research & Development. • Coordinate the preparation of Board presentations, staff meeting agendas and materials, and maintain relevant archives and files. • Coordinate travel including researching and booking trips, ensuring cost effective and logical itineraries are developed, ensuring that all international travel requirements are met and documents secured prior to departure date. Coordinate travel requests and expense reimbursement process. • Schedule meetings and conference calls and ensure required materials are prepared and distributed to participants prior to meeting time. Resolve scheduling conflicts independently and ensure meeting requests are prioritized according to business need. Coordinate with outside venues, when needed. Coordinate meeting logistics including catering, A/V needs, etc. with both internal and external parties. • Assist in editing, proofing, and revision process for medical journal papers including researching for reference accuracy. • Develop processes and procedures such as cross coverage amongst R & D administrative team. • Participate in special projects, as requested.Požiadavky na zamestnanca
