At Schall & Russo, we are planners and implementers. If you want to:

Plan for and find new leaders, we will map out with you and lead a thorough and attentive executive search process that uses our extensive network in the non-profit, government and private sectors to find you exemplary candidates.

Plan or evaluate new program opportunities, we will help you conceptualize, plan and, when you are ready, operationalize the project. We can:

- develop a business plan, including the development of needs assessments, benchmarks for success, marketing strategies, staffing models and financial projections,

- lead the team from planning to opening day and
develop process flow improvements.

Plan a new space or figure out how to work more efficiently in your current space, we will be your project managers and planning office for this project. We can:

- lead the team through the planning, design, build-out, furnishings and signage/identity phases,

- facilitate an analysis of your organizational and space needs
