The Principal Unix Systems/ Network Administrator position within the IT Operations team will be on the front lines of Tesla Motor’s initiative maintain and support the rapid pace corporate expansion and operations. Candidates will be leaders for both their team and for the industry as a whole. The primary task of this position will be to develop network system architecture and administration, install solutions, handle and resolve escalated issues, and assist with the day-to-day operations for Tesla’s global IT infrastructure. This position will require flexibility in hours, days as well as some international travel (5-10%).
