Opis pracovnej pozície

The Market Research (MR) Intern position is housed within the Research and Strategic Initiatives Group. The MR Intern will work primarily to design market research projects for FINCA affiliates in Latin America, Eurasia, the Greater Middle East and Africa. Typical projects may include the investigation of new market opportunities (products/services) and other types of customer research (loyalty/satisfaction/retention). The MR Intern will also have the opportunity to work on other priority initiatives as assigned. Coursework in: Microfinance, Development, Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methods, Data Management & Validation and Project Management provide solid background for this position.
